We have all changed our clocks forward in preparation for summer, but have you done anything else to prepare for bathing suit season? The winter months can leave us feeling lazier thanks to the cold weather keeping us indoors. In preparation for the warmer weather ahead, it’s time to make some changes.
- Put on your bathing suit: Pulling your bathing suit out of storage now and putting it on may be scary for some but that’s the point. If you’re scared to put on your bathing suit, then you need to change a few things in your life. Committing to looking at yourself in the mirror with your bathing suit on can help determine what you need to do start doing now.

Tofu is not the only soy-bean based substitute you can turn to when cooking for a meatless meal. Tempeh (originally from Indonesia) has been a staple in the Asian diet for years but has recently gained popularity in the US.
Tempeh has a more textured and nutty flavor than tofu and is very high in protein and calcium. Because of its firm texture, you need to slice tempeh into small dices or cubes, not more than 3/4 inch thick before cooking.
